• Yearly Printed Consumable Refresh 2025-2026

    Textbook Services is now taking orders for the yearly refresh of printed consumables for the 2025-2026 school year. We have created Google sheets this year to accept your orders and edit your submitted responses. There is no required inventory this year, so please only list what materials are needed for your students. 

    Consumable Refresh 2025-2026 - School List

    (If you do not see your school or program listed, please email textbooks@pps.net)

    All orders must be completed by May 9, 2025. The sheets will be locked after this date. Orders not received by this date may result in your school receiving materials AFTER the first day of school. Please consult with your teachers and library staff before ordering to avoid requesting materials that are not used or needed. 

    ​These sheets will be available for viewing at all times, even when Refresh is closed. So if you move schools or have new teachers at your school, everyone will be able to see what was ordered for their new site.

    K-5 Principals:

    • If your school is adding blended classrooms, please follow the guidance from K-5 content leads regarding what materials will be needed for the 2025-2026 school year. 
    • If you are opening new classrooms, please email textbooks@pps.net with your anticipated needs ASAP.
