Track and Field & Cross Country Team Fundraiser- Support Needed

                                     ❄️Holiday Half Marathon❄️

Hello Track and Field and Cross Country student athletes and families. We have been given the opportunity to raise funds for our teams, in a quick and fun way. The Holiday Half Marathon, runs through St. Johns on Sunday, December 14th. Organizers have offered $30 per volunteer to take up positions in our community and cheer on runners. All volunteers are given bells to ring, or you can bring little speakers if you prefer to play holiday music. We will be providing hot chocolate, coffee, treats, and holiday flair to wear. You will be assigned to certain sections on the course to cheer and monitor spots (no directing traffic required). It’s really simple and runners love it. The time frame is 7:15-10:30ish, and given that it's in our neighborhood, you can hopefully walk to the spot, set up, and cheer! This is a quick and easy way to earn money for both teams, that is within the community. So if you are able to work, please reach out to Coach Jonquil at jvann@pps.net. Thanks!
